• "Services" means the cybersecurity advisory, governance, risk and compliance (GRC), OT/ICS security, penetration testing, cloud security, incident response, vCISO, and related consulting or assurance services we provide.
• "Deliverables" means reports, assessments, recommendations, documentation, and other work product we provide to you under an engagement.
• "Client", "you", "your" means the individual or organisation accessing the website or engaging our Services.

Our Services are advisory in nature. Deliverables reflect our professional assessment based on the information made available to us and the scope agreed at the time of the engagement. You remain responsible for decisions taken, and for implementing, operating, and maintaining your own security controls.

Your responsibilities

• Obtain all necessary authorisations before we perform any testing, assessment, or access to your systems, including written authorisation for penetration testing or any activity that interacts with live environments.
• Ensure that your instruction to us does not require access to systems or data you are not entitled to authorise.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers, or any connected system.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the website without our prior written consent.

We treat information you share with us during an engagement as confidential and use it only to deliver the Services. Confidentiality obligations, including any specific handling requirements for regulated data, are set out in your engagement agreement or a separate non-disclosure agreement.

Cybersecurity is not absolute. While our Services are designed to identify and reduce risk, no assessment, test, or advisory service can guarantee that a system is free of vulnerabilities or that a security incident will not occur.

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Content on this website is provided for general information and does not constitute professional, legal, or regulatory advice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any dispute-resolution provision in a signed engagement agreement, the courts and applicable arbitration seat set out in that agreement shall have jurisdiction. For general website use, the courts of India shall have jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
